Once we have received cleared payment we endeavour to dispatch all items as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours) via Royal Mail 1st class post or recorded delivery if required.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided therefore please ensure that the delivery address is accurate. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once goods have been delivered to the delivery address we accept no liability for the subsequent damage, theft or loss.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Normally orders will arrive within 1 to 3 days.
Our postage costs are in line with Royal Mail, using their postal pricing chart based on the weight of the package and the destination. A small charge is also added for packaging materials used to protect your order during transit to ensure you receive it safely.
If the package is heavier than 10kg it may be sent via next day courier as this often can work out cheaper for you.
Refund & Returns
We reserve the right to issue a refund for items returned in a re-saleable condition. The cost of returning the item will be at the purchasers expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.
The purchaser should advise us within 14 days of receipt if they wish to return an item, the returned item should be in its original packaging and be un-used.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item or if in your opinion the item is of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us via email and notify us. We can then discuss with you return arrangements.
A refund will only be issued once we have received the item back from you and have checked it back into our stores.
We will always work with customers to resolve any complaints or issues to your total satisfaction.
